• Dave will be presenting the ethics panel along with Cheryl Walton, Esq., from the Prince William County Attorney’s Office. The ethics topic this year will be “Communications Between Represented Parties” and that will be on May 8 at 2:15pm.
• Ross will be presenting on a panel on “Value in the After: Everything a Buyer and Seller Would Reasonably Consider.” (Editor’s Note: “everything a buyer and seller would reasonably consider” doesn’t really mean everything.). That will be on May 7 at 4pm.
• The evening of May 7, Pender & Coward’s Eminent Domain / Right of Way Practice Group will be sponsoring the cocktail receiption from 5:00 PM-6:00 PM.
